We are pleased to confirm that Planning Approval has been granted for a brand new home at High Road North, Basildon. Following approval, our client is looking to sell the site with planning permission to build the new house.

We were instructed to provide a full planning design package for a new dwelling situated on the development site.

- Full measured site survey, including the existing property
- Existing drawings of the site drafted
- Internal design review and proposal development
- Proposed design package produced and checked
- Initial draft issued to the client for comment
- Amendments completed and issued for client approval
- Planning application drafted and submitted to the council following client approval
- Planning officer queries and requested amendments addressed during the application – this included liaising with our arboricultural consultant to provide the required BNG information
- Planning Approval received from the council
