Planning approved & technical design commenced, Stevenage

We are pleased to confirm that Planning Approval has been granted for an infill extension to our clients property in Stevenage. Following approval, we have commenced the technical design for Building Control submission and approval.

Project brief
We were instructed to provide a full planning design package for a rear infill extension and internal redesign to create an improved open plan kitchen, living and dining area. What we’ve completed so far:

Stage 1 (Design and Planning):

• Full measured survey conducted by an experienced member of the team
• Existing drawings drafted
• Internal design review and proposal development
• Proposed design package produced and checked
• Initial draft issued to the client for comment
• Phone call with the client to discuss amendments
• Amendments completed and issued to client for review
• Planning application drafted and submitted to the council following client approval
• Planning Approval received from the council and issued to the client

Stage 2 (Technical Design and Building Control):

• Structural Engineer instructed
• Technical Design commenced
