We are pleased to confirm that Planning Approval has been granted for an extension to Manor Farm House, Caddington.
Following approval, we have completed a full Technical Design package and submitted a full plans application to Building Control.
Project brief
We were tasked to provide a full planning design package for a rear extension and internal redesign following a previously refused application that was undertaken by the client.
Stage 1 (Design and Planning):
- Full measured site visit / survey conducted by two experienced members of the team
- Existing drawings drafted
- Internal design review and proposal development
- Proposed design package produced and checked
- Initial draft issued to the client for comment
- Design meeting undertaken with the client in our design studio
- Amendments completed and issued to client for review
- Planning application drafted and submitted to the council following client approval
- Planning validation queries addressed and dealt with to progress the application
- Planning Approval received from the council and issued to the client
Stage 2 (Technical Design and Building Control):
- Technical Design commenced
- Structural design reviewed and then incorporated into the Technical Design
- Technical Design finalised and checked
- Issued to client for review
- Submitted to Building Control for full plans check
- Awaiting full plans approval from Building Control
