Project Brief
Our client’s vision includes:
- Converting the existing conservatory into a fully habitable extension
- Replacing the front porch structure with a new, insulated habitable porch
- Creating a bright, functional family space with access to the rear garden

- Instruction confirmed following approval of the fee proposal
- Site visit & measured survey conducted by our experienced team
- Existing drawings drafted
- Internal design review and proposal development aligned with the client’s brief
- Proposed design package produced and checked
- Initial draft proposal issued on time (3 weeks post-survey)
- Client meeting in our office to discuss design refinements
