We are pleased to submit Planning and Listed Building Consent for Jacks Gelato, Cambridge. We are currently awaiting a decision and plan to contact the council within the next few weeks to request an update on the application.
Project brief
We were instructed to provide a design for a serving hatch to the shopfront and rearrange the internal layout to better serve customers.

- Initial site meeting with the client to discuss ideas for the proposal and internal alterations
- Full measured site survey, including the existing property
- Existing drawings drafted
- Internal design review and proposal development
- Proposed design package produced and checked
- Initial draft issued to the client for comment
- Amendments requested and completed
- Existing and proposed rendered visuals produced to give the client a better understanding of the proposal
- Design and Access Statement produced and sent to the client for review
- Client approval of the full design package
- Planning application drafted and submitted to the council
- Awaiting a decision from the council
